The balloons I ordered were delivered to our son and his fiancee to congratulate them on the birth of their baby girl, Alexandra. We also wanted to welcome our granddaughter into the world and, as we are unable to visit them due to the present restrictions, we thought that the balloons would be a novel way to show our love for them all. Tilly was our customer services advisor, and she was lovely, answering all my queries and keeping me informed throughout. The balloons were delivered much sooner than I expected and, although we did not see them ourselves, we know that the new parents absolutely loved them and thought that they were beautiful.
