When I ordered my balloons I made a mistake with the date I email asking if you could change the date for the right date & I recivya email straight away off you saying that if would be all fine no problem,on Valentine's Day they came,my two little girls open the box and we was all blown away they all just pop out of the box and my little ones faces said it all they was so amazed,thank you for making sue they came in time and emailing me straight away,I will,always keep you in mind for any future balloons.tammy
