The Balloons were delivered according to what I ordered, which was great and perfect. Our guest was really happy. However, I would have liked them to arrive for the time I asked exactly as they arrived 10 minutes late which I can understand due to traffic and all but we were working on a very tight schedule and ten minutes more would have been too late and our guest was really stressed and us as well as we had no contact or calls from the driver to know exactly when they would arrive. But overall, it was a great delivery and I will definitely get back to you again if I need to order balloons again.
