Ordered balloon 10 days ago. Still not here. Birthday gone a week aho! Spent 4 times the price of what I would have paid in store and the follow up customer service is non existent. No compensation as I didn’t use DPD for delivery, which is note made clear enough at the checkout. It says the balloon will be dispatched the day before and gives you an actual delivery date. By the time we get it it will most likely be deflated as it’s been out for 9 days already. Will not be ordering again. Feel I have been utterly ripped off. £11.99 for a basic age 11 round balloon!
