I have used Bloonaway 3 times in the last 4 months and have been so impressed with their service! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to send a love one a gift. All of the recipients have been so amazed by what they have received. The only hiccup I had was one of the soft toys I had ordered was out of stock but the team called me as soon as my order was in and left a voicemail to explain, they also followed this up with an email. It was no problem at all they just let me choose another toy. It was swiftly and professionally dealt with. Great service and 3 very happy recipients.
