Blueseventy stands out from the rest of the open water wetsuit companies because of their excellent customer service — and yes I have tried other brands. As much as I don't want to admit it, I look like a Blueseventy ad when I go out to swim. Much of this is because of being able to speak directly to a person about any concerns or issues. When something did not fit: an easy return. When a suit did tear: an easy repair at an excellent shop. When I had questions about size, temperature ratings, fit, and more they were all addressed in a kind and informative manner.
