Staff is incredibly knowledgeable in their products and off excellent customer service, including working through sizing questions and discussing features of new gear. I particularly appreciate it when B70 staff have been real with customers when saying that if you're not swimming faster than ~1:30/100 yards pace, you probably don't need a Helix. I took that advice to heart and I appreciated the honesty. I also really appreciate Lance being so active on the Facebook group to answer questions as well as when he promotes new gear that he's been working on. I tried to setup my Instagram to a business to help track analytics but I don't think I was able to get it working correctly. I stopped doing that since I'm not too active on social media anyways. Overall, I love representing B70 and being on the race team. I appreciate everything the Erin, Lance, AJ, and the team does. I wish there was more representation at the Orcas Island Swimrun since that's my favorite event of the year, but perhaps I should come to a different team event.
