I ordered a Blue Snowball on the 11th of May 2020. I was promised a 50% refund because it shipped exactly a month later (rather than 7-14 days). When it finally arrived, it was faulty - the USB port was recessed and it was not usable. The USB cable physically could not plug in, so how am I supposed to use it? I'm not an engineer so I couldn't try and fix it myself. I've been trying to get in contact since 11/6 to no avail (it's now 22/6) - I've heard nothing about my partial refund let alone getting a replacement microphone. I am absolutely sickened by the lack of respect for Blue's customers and products and am shocked that such a (supposedly) reputable company can under-deliver to such an extent.
