I purchased a pair of shorts with a hoodie but unfortunately the shorts were the wrong size.
I unfortunately lost my receipt but the price tag was still attached to the shorts.
I went I to your Frenchay shop and asked if I could exchange it for a bigger size. The manager said that he could not as he requires the receipt. I explained that I have lost it and he then went on to imply that I could have stolen it. Where the hell does he get off implying I am a thief,is it because I am a foreigner?
Is this how you train your staff?
All I wanted was a bigger size not to be labeled a thief.
