Blueprint were the only company we could find to provide a good enough standard of promotional products, well as good customer service. Really happy with both the service and products. The initial contact/quote was a bit generic but after some more explanation from our end, we were contacted by Ann Gott who took the project on with gusto! I was impressed by Ann's attentiveness and she went out of her way to get us exactly the right products, and to get everything sent out on time, and to the correct addresses. We were very picky about what we wanted to send out to our clients and Blueprint's product quality and in particular the look and design, was way above anything offered by other companies in the area. That, coupled with Ann's management of our account made BP stand out a mile from their competitors. Only one slight negative is that we expected to have be offered full credit, which we have with most suppliers and would mean payment after 30 days. However we we asked to pay 50% up front. Perhaps this is because we were a new customer, but if so it would have to be told before we filled out the credit application form (each credit applications creates a footprint).
