We just passed the one year mark a few weeks ago from when our house was set on the basement foundation. It is still not finished, and much of the completed work is so poorly done that it will take years for me to correct it all. I will only point the most obvious things to try and keep this review as short as possible. The most glaring is the terrible job that was done our wrap around deck. We paid a huge price to upgrade to Trex decking and to have wraparound on 3 sides. It is in no way done to manufacturing standards and is completely unsafe. The quality of carpentry skills used is not adequate for an outbuilding or storage shed. There are dozens of trip hazards, lack of support, and the handrail is not constructed to code. The vast majority of the deck will have to be removed and redone. I have made countless attempts to have BRLC fix or replace items with no response from them. When the missing cabinets, toe kick and correct windows finally arrived they left on the porch for me to have to install myself.
