Infuriated. The defrosting plate does not work as described. When I try to get details on how to return it, I got nothing but pushback asking me to reconsider. I’ve sent multiple emails asking how to return it and they’re basically ghosting me. There is no phone number to call and escalate it. Do not order from this company!!
