I ordered the scooping spatulas and 3 defrosting plates. I didn’t like the size of either product and asked for a refund. Nothing had been opened… all in original boxes. The first response I received was offering me a $10 gift card, which I declined and again asked for a refund. The next email I received offered me a $59.66 gift CODE, which I also declined. My third email asked for instructions on mailing back the items for a refund. Three days ago they stopped communicating with me, so I called my bank to ask for options on getting my money back. We’re working on that now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE.
