I bought a desk for my son. There were a few problems with the delivery: the delivery arrived a few days after I made the order, but there was one box missing. I had to call twice to have the missing box redelivered. When it finally arrived, I received the wrong box. I had to call again to get it sent again and finally received the correct one a couple of days later. The people I dealt with on the phone were not very helpful. I found that the desk assembly wasn't particularly easy, in part because the instructions were not very clear (I have done it several times with Ikea furniture and it is much easier). In particular fitting the hinges was a challenge. On this point I found that the person on the phone was very helpful and friendly and I finally had my desk ready. I am please with the final product but the delivery was quite poor and the assembly quite difficult.
