The customer service on the phone was excellent and the order was easy to process, however what did disappoint us was 4 out of the 6 items were damaged on unpacking. Even though corner protectors were used the items had not been handled in a very good manor as they were all broken, fortunately our carpenter that was in doing some work and put the items together has sorted out the damage and will knock out the dents in the frame. Only 1 items was really bad but as he could put it right it was easier than facing the hassle and sending back and being with out the desks.
