I ordered the desk for my daughter who is studying for Higher Exams ( Scotland). We liked the styling of the desk and the fact that it was a small British company. The website was user friendly and helped us to choose the style and colour of desk. There were loads of different options to chose from. The delivery was prompt and as advised. Unfortunately there was a problem with one of the parts but this was quickly resolved. The staff member on the telephone was polite and helpful and my call was followed up with an e-mail to keep us informed of what was happening. The assembly of the desk was easy and quick. All in all we are really pleased with the product and happy with the service. There is also a good guarantee on the product.
