Der Strauß war für den 12.02. bestellt, war aber bereits am 11.02. in der DHL-Zustellung. Wir wisse nicht, ob das Paket mit einem Zustellvermerk ("erst am 12.02. zustellen") versehen war. Auf jeden Fall wurde die Zustellung am 11.02. abgebrochen. Das ist natürlich bei den derzeitigen Temperaturen im Lieferfahrzeug und im Depot nicht akzeptabel.
