The flowers were lovely however, the special gift message card was left blank! I had requested a special message for my friend as her Dad had just passed away.
The customer service left a lot to be desired & my issue was never properly resolved. I was just offered a £15 voucher to get rid of me & no apology. I won’t be using this service again. It’s a shame as the flowers were lovely.
