Overall, I was happy with the service, I have spoken to the recipient and she is really happy with, the flowers look beautiful, as yet, she hasn't had any cake.
The only thing that let it down is that there wasn't a balloon, which I did pay for and the reason I paid extra for the balloon and cake is because it was her 60th.
