Pricing and quality of flowers was perfectly adequate and well received by the birthday girl. The only reason for missing the 5th stars relates simply to tracking which wasn't provided. I'd elected a date 2 days before the birthday as it mentioned they would dispatch on the date chosen, but I wasn't sure whether that actually meant arrival too and as I didn't get notification of this, I couldn't work it out. However, all went fine. I found out about their arrival from the recipient the morning after. All said and done, I will be using B and M flowers again but would love the notification advice to be somewhat worked on.
