Agree with a number of previous reviews - quoted a good price for a replacement gearbox from an X1. Then when I came to say yes- silence and I had to chase to be told an error had been made and the price was higher. To be fair we discussed and reached a compromise on price but only after lots of chasing on my part and it left me having no confidence and therefore going elsewhere,
Understand mistakes happen but beware they appear to happen quite a lot here and the fact that company records are not up to date may also be a concern
