Never buy a warranty from this company. Several weeks after purchasing a warranty, I sold my boat. Called to cancel my warranty for a full refund but was told I had to wait 3 months. 6 months have passed and no refund. I called the BBB and filed a report. I received a phone call from boaters warranty stating I must remove my comment from the Better Business Bureau before my refund would be sent thru to me. I removed the comment review from BBB but still have not received my refund. I called many times but they would not answer are return my call. I wrote a certified letter to this company only to have the letter sent back unopened. Very frustrating. I will continue to press this issue. This company has the worst customer service. I rate them a 0.
