I have obtained a printed copy of your study guide to keep on hand which I shall refer to from time to time. Boating and fishing has been my passion for many years, (especially off shore). I have owned and opperated several boats and had a boat operators licence in South Africa (called a skippers licence) which obviously does not apply here in Canada. However, the practical experience gained is always useful. I can highly recommend your course to anybody ( opperaters and passengers) who are involved in boating and wish to do so legally safely and responsibly.
