Overall a very positive experience.
Two suggestions - advise people taking the exams the results of their exams including the correct and incorrect responses. How can someone improve their skills, if the results are not shared with them? Secondly, it would appear that the BOATsmart software cannot distinguish between those that have taken the course and exam and those that have not. In the last two weeks, I received two e mails requesting that I take the course and exam when in fact I took the course and passed the exam earlier.
