While the program is good, it seems a little over the top for someone who wants to ride a seadoo in a lake. This is especially true given that any yahoo can rent a seadoo or boat and is not required to have a license or go through the course...how does that make any sense?
The course itself was well laid out, but again is a huge time commitment. Thank you
