Boat Smart offers a great course that actually teaches you the things you need to know, not just hand you your license and send you out on the water to be a potential danger to everyone else! Out on the water I encounter plenty of boaters who clearly dont know enough about navigaion rules and safe boating. I have benefitted and remained safe due to the knowledge I acquired through this course. It is comprehensive and engaging course. Not just a pile of info to overwealm you. I would recommend it to anyone interested in genuine learning and posessing the know how to be safe and just enjoy your time on the water.
