I think it is generally a good course. I would however take out some of the questions that refer to policy i.e. what law does this rule come from etc. You will never remember this and it is not important as far as I can see. One other comment. I'm on a popular lake in Ontario and there are some boat drivers who are really dangerous still. Seem that they don't drive defensively and put themselves ( and others ) in danger i.e. going fast btwn islands close to the island shoreline so they are not able to see if others are coming from the other side of the island. ++ dangerous.
