Great program, while a bit long, it covers all the needs of anyone looking to get their PCOC!
The videos are comprehensive and go into expert detail about the rules and regulations for any new boater.
The one area for improvement may be having an appendix section which is easily accessible and searchable that has the regulations information in a written format for reviewing before testing.
