The process takes a long time, but theknowledge gained is very useful. I liked the emphasis on safety and personal responsibility.
Personally, I found listening to each section very slow. I turned the sound off to read each part myself on the screen. But then I had to wait each time for the program to catch up with me at the end of each segment.
