the help i received to download my temporary card was good. some of the questions on the quiz are misleading, for example changing names of the ends of the rope attached to the boat and anchor. the questions should acknowledge the correct terms with accurate recall, not confuse with incorrect similar information. the recall of information by the person being tested should be encouraged not negatively reinforced. the test answers should reflect what is known , not seek to confuse.
