This was a good process presented by Boatsmart. I had a problem which I was going to blame on Boatsmart but the fault was with the Ministry. Boatsmart was very helpful in getting past this hassle. I talked to two different customer service reps and they were both excellent. Now I'm shopping for a PFD.
