I am an avid boater. My family and I are very pleased this program is being implemented in Ca. The course was informative after 35 years boating I learned somethings. The testing TOOK TO LONG. The timer clock is ridiculous a 10 year old can read these lessons in half the time. Also when listening, why does the clock make you wait when the audio is done? GREAT PROGRAM. I will recommend it. (Get rid of timer)
