In the tutorial on storing a boat, it should be indicated that stabilizer should be added to the gasoline.
Regarding towing, the instruction was that the boat should be "balanced". Actually, the rule is that about 10% of the weight of the loaded boat trailer should be on the hitch. I verified this by experience in towing a 16' fibreglas boat with a 70 hp. motor attached, which swayed when there was little or no weight on the hitch. It towed steadily when there was more weight on the hitch; really there was a world of difference. The change was easily accomplished by moving some of the load forward.
