It was well laid out and easy to follow. The presentation was excellent but other than the safety aspect of the information, the course content does not make anyone a "better boater". I understand that the content is based on what is required by Transport Canada but fail to see why we are required to have a certificate at all. It may, in fact, give some boaters a false sense of security.
