Boat smart made me especially happy when I passed the course. I appreciated purchasing a card at the Cottage Life Show that gave me a discount on the license and one that does not expire. The module on buoys did not make me particularly happy because the lake that I boat on regularly does not have these markers. If I were to boat on another lake, as a conscientious boater, I would make sure I was familiar with the buoys. However to the average boater I felt this module was boring and not of much use.
