Being a visual and tactile learner I appreciated the simple way the information was presented in the video sections while still having my hands on the physical book for referencing.
Having kids in and out I also appreciated being able to do the course in small chunks when time permitted. I think if I sat to read it alone I would not have retained as much as I did pairing the videos and interaction with quizzes into the process.
