Boatsmart made me happy because I was able to be educated in under one day. Downside was how it said it was free and then told me had to pay 30 dollars at the end. This website seems like it's just trying to take ur time and money like every other similar site. It's pretty stupid that you have to pay to be educated on boating when all u need is common sense.
