The study guide and the test are very well put together. All the information is relevant and available. However, I see two problems. One is that many people (like myself) will never need to know much of the material related to boats we will never use, and we are thus forced to learn unnecessary information. On the flip side, it is easy to forget what I did learn, and once I pass the test, I am not required to remember any of it.
