Good course. It can take a longer than 3 hours though to do the online course. The course is made up of 7 modules with a 10 question quiz after each module. You cannot skip ahead if you are a faster reader than the narrator speaks. You have to click "Next" after each little video. Also, if you fail a quiz after a module, you have to repeat the whole module before you can move onto the next one. There are several modules that are 30 -45 minutes in length. That adds up and before you know it, the course can take you 4 or more hours. Make notes as you go along so you can refer back to them when taking the quiz
