I would say boatsmart Halle pretty well for me to get my boaters license. The only thing I didn't like is that they might explain something about being a stay on boat or a give way boat twice. They might say if you see a red light of a boat from your left, you are the give way boat. If you see a green light from your starboard side, you are the stand on boat. They would say this twice if you are heading up steam or down stream. Other than that was really well done. The videos had clear audio and great representations:)
