Ive given it 5 stars but its not that it made me happy. I have boated (small fishing boats 5-100hp) since the 1960's. I always thought the new boat licence was a tax grab and refused to get one. I didn't learn anything new, although it has taken me many years to learn all of these things. I gave it the 5 stars because I feel that it is a good start to know these basic laws and regulations before you start boating. It is long and tedious....plus our internet server went down twice during the final exam which was extremely frustrating, but in the end it is worth it.
