I took the BOATsmart course and test this summer, 2017. It's been many years since I operated a boat, and getting back into it again through BOATsmart was great. Water safety comes first and no one knows it all. The course is well organized and comprehensive. The quizes and the on line resources are easy to use. I bought the manual as well and studied while I was on vacation. It makes a good reference afterwards. The test was straight forward and fairly easy after completing the modules and studying a bit. I scored 96%. I'm looking forward to getting out on the water!
