I really appreciated the visual videos and audio. The information presented was clear and simple.
I thought the course took too long. I logged approximately 9 hours in this course! I also had trouble with the language on the exam. I accidentally switched the language to french. I couldn't switched it back to English. When I phoned BoatSmart for help, no one pickd up or phoned me back.
