It made me happy because I now have my Boating Licence. But the program lessons need work done on them. There is little direction as to how to proceed with the questions. A question that was asked in a pre test was never answered in the lesson at all for starters so I had to guess at it. Also when doing the lessons it would only allow me to do 1 or 2 lessons a day even if all the answers were correct. The final test shut me out 3 times before I figured out that I had to wait at least 2 to 3 minutes per question before moving on to the next question. Thank You
