It wasn't a terrible experience. I do remember someone saying they got their boat license in under an hour so that was my expectation going in. Nowhere on your site did it clearly indicate how long the training would take. Since every Lesson has a timer I'm sure you could provide an expected time to complete. Most of the lessons had a video accompaniment but very few of those videos loaded. Each "lesson" usually provided 1-2 sentences which I had to scroll down to read because the website has a very thick upper border with the BOATsmart logo and the bottom has another very thick border with the lesson number and timer. Not to mention the large video player (which played no videos) in the way as well. This could be organized better. Like I said, it wasn't a terrible experience but it could easily be improved by making a few adjustments.
