It is a well organized, thoughtfully presented course that logically moves you through the necessary rules, regulations and situations pertinent to safe boating. The modules are logically setup and presented with appropriate graphics to ensure the message is learned. The review and questions reinforce the subject matter fully and the seriousness of the lessons is emphasized repeatedly. All in All and very good course for all pleasure craft enthusiasts.
