90% of the content is easy to remember and does not need to be covered so extensively, honestly the whole thing should really only tale no more than 3 hours, unfortunately because of the way its designed, it takes over 4, the system needs to be redesigned to be slightly faster to go through the modules otherwise people will give up on doing it
