I have operated a motor boat for 66 years, I am 76 years old, I held a Toronto Harbor boat .certificate where by we had to take a complete boat/rescue test on the lake.
I think that there are some very good points to learn from Boat Smart and I hope that
every one that takes the course gains knowledge from it and will use it to ensure their boating pleasure....Very good work on the writing of the book and exams...
