Not impressed with format! I used hard copy study book to learn and prepare to write exam. Then find out that I can’t write the exam online without completing your entire on line course as well! Angry is a polite word for my reaction! Then, I can’t go through all the lessons at any pace but yours! Not impressed at all! But the content was great, easy to understand and informative
