There should be an option to skip the lengthy audio/video. If somebody wants to watch/listen so be it, but I prefer to read, which I did and than I got bored waiting for the program to finish the audio/video presentation. I needed to read and learn, I did not needed a nanny to shove down my throat how should I do that
Otherwise, information was good, learned a lot and, most important, passed the final test. The reason I went with Boatsmart after reading reviews like mine ? I'm a cheap guy and I got it at a promotional 50% off
